Without the Rhapsody Reader mobile application, you will not be able to read Rhapsody eBooks on your mobile devices. There is no charge to download and use the Rhapsody Reader mobile application but you will need to subscribe for the devotional on a monthly, quarterly, bi annual, or annual basis..


Q: What is an e-book?
A: Also known as electronic books, eBooks are digital versions of books that can be read on personal computers or mobile devices, like the iPhone or Blackberry.

Q: I'm having trouble downloading my e-rhapsody or the Rhapsody Reader mobile application. — what do I do?
A: First, make sure your web connection is working; if you can't connect to the web, you won't be able to download anything.

Q: This PIN is invalid.
A: Please check that you have typed the PIN correctly; a pin is also only good for a single download. A pin which has been previously used will no longer be valid for a second use on the mobile application.

Q: This PIN has been used before.
A: You will get this error message if you have used the PIN before.

Q: I downloaded my e-rhapsody to my laptop. How do I get it on my Blackberry device?
A: You can easily transfer your Rhapsody of Realities e-book to your mobile device with your sync or USB cable. First, make sure that you have the e-reader software installed on your blackberry device.

Second, connect your mobile device to your laptop using your sync or USB cable. Once the raw file has been downloaded to your device, locate the devotional by going to media
  1. In media, click on the Blackberry home button and select explore, select media card, under media card, you will see the downloaded devotional.
  2. Copy devotional and navigate to e-reader -> eBooks
  3. Drop devotional in e-Books folder
  4. Return to app and access devotional

Q: Can I have more than one e-Rhapsody at a time in the Rhapsody Reader Mobile Application?
A: Yes, as long as you have enough memory on your handheld to hold all your eBooks in the Rhapsody Mobile Application.

Q: Can I download the e-rhapsody directly to my mobile device?
A: If you have internet access on your mobile device, yes, you can download the e-rhapsody directly into your device from the store after purchase within the Rhapsody Reader mobile application. 

Q: I can't download my Rhapsody mobile application. The links are not active. What should I do?
A: This may be due to your browser cache being full. The browser cache holds the content of all the links and pages you have visited during previous sessions; therefore, it can get full quickly. To clear your browser caches, follow the instructions in your device's manual.
