Q: What is Rhapsody Mobile App? Why do I need it? 
A: The Rhapsody Mobile Application is a specially designed mobile application for the 
Rhapsody of Realities Daily devotional. The application is compatible with Blackberry, IPad, IPhone and Android. Without the Rhapsody mobile application, you will not be able to read Rhapsody eBooks on your mobile devices. There is no charge to download and use the Rhapsody mobile application but you will need to subscribe for the devotional on a monthly, quarterly, bi annual, or annual basis.. 

Q: I'm having trouble downloading my Rhapsody mobile application. — What do I do? 
A: First, make sure your web connection is working; if you can't connect to the web, you won't be able to download anything. 
Q: Can I have more than one e-Rhapsody at a time in the Rhapsody Mobile Application?
A: Yes, as long as you have enough memory on your handheld to hold all your eBooks in the Rhapsody Mobile Application.
Q: Can I download the e-rhapsody directly to my mobile device?
A: If you have internet access on your mobile device, yes, you can download the e-rhapsody directly into your device from the store after purchase within the Rhapsody mobile application. Alternatively, you can also use a computer to download the files and sync them to your device.

  • Getting Started With The Rhapsody Reader App

Answer: - After installing the App on your device, create an account with a valid email address, which helps to track and manage your purchases within the Rhapsody Reader App. After you’ve created an account, login and link your device which is very important. linking your device to your account ensures all your subcription purchases are kept intact.

  • Making A Purchase On The Reader App.

Answer: - To make a purchase, on the top right corner of the App, click on store –> ‘Rhapsody of Realities’/ Other Books –> Select any edition / book of choice -> Confirm in app purchase -> Go to archive to download purchased item (item auto downloads for Android users) -> After download, go to home - > Select purchased book category (Rhapsody / Other Books) -> Select book purchased to start reading

  • How Can I Subscribe For Rhapsody of Realities or buy books on the Rhapsody Reader App without an Apple Account?

Answer: - To buy in app purchases from your device on the Rhapsody Reader App, you must set up an account on the ITunes store with your credit card details.

  • Multiple Charges Challenges

Answer: - If you believe you were double-charged  on your iTunes account please contact apple support immediately; all refunds will be made from Apple.

  • I Can’t Find My Purchased Item On The App

Answer: - For iOS users, click on the "More" icon on the App home page. Click on "My Account" and then select "Transfer Purchases"; this should immediately force the transfer of all your purchases into the archive folder. Once download is complete, your downloaded item is automatically moved to the reader library within the App which is located on the home page of the Reader App. Please make sure your Rhapsody of Realities account is linked with your current device by logging in if you are a registered user.

  • My Downloaded Item Is Corrupt Or Its Not Opening

Answer: - For iOS users, please ensure your device is linked. Within the App library swipe your finger to right the side for each book;  this will show you a delete button -> Delete selected book -> it should now reflect in the Archive Section -> Tap to begin Download -> Go to home below > Select “Rhapsody of Realities” or “Other Books”.
You should now be able to view your downloaded book within your library. If it is still not working, please try deleting the app install from the App Store again.
Please be sure you have already linked your account to your device so you don't loose your purchase history.
To download App Again > Run the App -> Link the Device (login now) -> Go to My Account -> Tap on the option “Transfer my Purchases” -> Download again in Archive Section -> Now everything should work as normal.

However, credit card users without a merchant account on the Apple store or Google play can purchase a pin on our website and activate on the mobile app.  Once you’ve purchased a pin on our website {International users} {Nigeria}, you’ll get a mail containing your Activation Code and Activation Pin, which can then be used to download your book on the Rhapsody Ready App.
This PIN is invalid.
Answer: - Please check that you have typed the PIN correctly; a pin is also only good for a single download. A pin which has been previously used will no longer be valid for a second use.

This PIN has been used before.
Answer: - You will get this error message if you have used the PIN before.
Failed Authorizations & Payment Declines
Answer: - You may need to contact your bank for additional information on declined payments or other issues such as below.

  • Authorization to proceed with activity flagged by the bank as unexpected (including first time orders and high value purchases).
  • Daily withdrawal or purchase limits.
  • Payment authorizations, reserved funds and charges.
